At Santa Gifts, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted items with care and love. Many of our products are freshly made and hand-painted, which means we need a little extra time to get everything just right for you.

 

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days (If in stock)

• If not in stock: Item is freshly made; total delivery time may take 5–9 business days

• Shipping Charges:

  – FREE shipping on all orders above ₹1,000

  – Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹1,000 (calculated at checkout)

• Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched

Returns & Exchanges

Since our items are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Returns will be accepted only if:

• You received a damaged or defective product

• You received the wrong item

To request a return:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

2. Send clear photos or a short video of the issue

3. Email: enquiry@santagifts.in or use the chat icon on our website

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Order Cancellations​

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipping

• Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible

• For urgent cancellation, reach out to us immediately after placing your order

Additional Notes​

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

• Minor variations in color or finish are natural in handcrafted products and are not considered defects
